Chris Long
Chris Long is a senior systems administrator specializing in the design and engineering of Windows systems with a large financial services firm. His 18 years of experience in the IT field range from mainframe operations and management to PC operating system support, design, and deployment. For the past 5 years, he has been a technical lead for the company’s Windows software-deployment systems, working on the Windows 2000 design and migration, and was one of three corporate-wide NT troubleshooter support staff.
